Our client systems are upgraded on a regular basis. For those that are “leading” the development activity, their systems are updated on a per-project basis with extensive testing at all levels – unit, system and by end user.

This customer-driven activity, plus our own generic enhancements are embodied in new product releases, which are made available to all customers under maintenance packages. We are especially proficient at understanding the needs of environments that run 24-7, and the high demand placed on us in these situations.

Each customer gets 2 upgrades a year upon request.
